What's New at Superior Telephone

• March 2011 Superior Telephone Systems engineered and designed a NEC SV 8100 telephone & voice mail solution for Danbury Orthopedic Associates. We engineered the LAN/WAN utilizing ChimeNet and AT&T fiber backbone with a 5 Meg pipe. This expanded their data capabilities five times larger than it was previously. This allows for (125) endpoints over (6) locations to communicate seamlessly.
   
• in January 2011 we brought in Hudson Valley Data Net to Adams Fairacre Farms to provide WAN with a 10 Meg pipe between all locations with a Vertical/LG Vodavi XTS telephone system with centralized voice mail. Reducing the cost of communications between stores.
   
• We installed a Vertical/LG Vodavi XTS telephone & voice mail system for the town of Esopus in November 2010. The town of Esopus purchased the system off of the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) State contract. We did all the infrastructure cabling and coordination with Paetec and worked very closely with their Clerk of the Works throughout this project.
   
• August 2010 we installed a NEC UX5000 IP telephone systems with centralized voice mail system throughout the (12) Guardian Self Storage locations. This allows Guardian to provide “AWESOME” customer service because they are able to answer calls at any location at anytime.
   
• In July of 2010 Superior Telephone Systems installed a Vertical/LG Vodavi XTS telephone & voice mail system at (4) locations for Adams Fairacre Farms.
   
• We installed NEC UX5000 telephone & voice mail system, with on-site training and support for the town of Shawangunk in June of 2010, which was purchased on New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract. We deployed infrastructure cabling and worked closely with their Clerk of the Works.
   
• The Fishkill Police Department had an NEC UX5000 telephone & voice mail system installed in June of 2010. They purchased the system off of the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract.
   
• In May of 2010 we installed an NEC UX5000 IP telephone systems throughout the (12) First National Bank of Jeffersonville sites with a centralized voice mail system, on-site training and support. This greatly reduces their telephone bills.
   
• In February 2010 we engineered and deployed a new phone system for Williams Lumber. We utilized a Paetec MPLS network between all (7) locations to deploy over (160) endpoints. Saving Williams money on phone calls between locations and utilizing a central PRI for outbound calls.
   
• In February 2010 we installed at (7) sites for The City of Poughkeepsie a NEC UX5000 telephone & voice mail system. We worked with Paetec and distributed (5) PRI’s for redundancy around the city’s buildings. The systems were purchase under New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract saving the city’s tax payers over $90,000.00 per year.
   
• Superior Telephone was re-awarded the Office of General Services (OGS) in 2009 until March of 2024. Contract # PT64303.
   
• In March of 2009 Dutchess County, New York 911 Center had a Vertical/LG Vodavi XTS telephone & voice mail system installed. This system was purchased under New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract.
   
• In 2009 Superior Telephone Systems donated a Vertical/Vodavi XTSc digital telephone system to the Pine Plains Library. This also includes all infrastructures cabling throughout this beautiful facility.
   
• Superior Telephone Systems had become an authorized reseller for the NEC product line UX5000, SV8100 & SV8300 in 2008. In 2010 we became a NEC associate dealer.
   
• Belleayre Mountain Ski Resort had a Vertical/LG Vodavi XTS telephone & voice mail system installed in October of 2008 connecting the upper and lower mountains together. This system was purchased under New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract.
   
• Superior Telephone System was awarded dealer of the year in 2007 for Vertical/Vodavi Communications.
   
• In 2005 David Jones and Sean Jones launched Superior Wireless (authorized Verizon dealer) with 4 locations. Superior Wireless locations are in Millbrook, Rhinebeck, Hyde Park & LaGrangeville, New York.
   
• August 30, 2004 The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) awarded Superior Telephone a 5 year contract.

   

• In 2000 Superior Telephone Systems designed & built our 8,000 sq. ft. facility in the Millbrook, New York area.
